Security Advisory: FortiBleed Credential Leak
AlertMedia is aware of the newly disclosed FortiBleed credential leak affecting certain Fortinet SSL-VPN devices. Based on our review, no AlertMedia systems, infrastructure, or customer data were affected.
Our security program includes additional controls designed to mitigate the risk of credential compromise and unauthorized remote access. Customers with questions regarding AlertMedia's security posture may contact our Information Security team through the Trust Center.
Security Advisory: Klue Third-Party Application Incident
AlertMedia is aware of the recently disclosed security incident involving Klue, in which a threat actor used stolen OAuth tokens to export CRM data from a number of Klue's customers, including AlertMedia.
Based on our review, no customer data within the AlertMedia platform or the systems supporting our products was affected. Upon being alerted, we immediately disabled Klue and revoked its access, rotated credentials for all third-party Salesforce integrations, and engaged Salesforce, Klue, and external experts to investigate.

Clarification Regarding Recently Announced Anthropic Models on AWS
AWS recently announced the availability of Anthropic Claude Fable 5 and Mythos-class capabilities through Amazon Bedrock.
AlertMedia does NOT currently use Claude Fable 5 or Anthropic Mythos-class capabilities within customer-facing product functionality, and customer data is not processed by these models as part of AlertMedia services.
The availability of a model through a cloud provider does not result in automatic adoption by AlertMedia. New AI models and capabilities are evaluated through AlertMedia's established security, privacy, legal, and compliance review processes before any production use is approved.
This statement applies specifically to Claude Fable 5 and Anthropic Mythos-class capabilities as announced by AWS on June 10, 2026.

AlertMedia has reviewed the recent security incident affecting F5 products. AlertMedia does not use F5 products in its infrastructure or operations and therefore is not impacted by this vulnerability.
